The Aegean Sea with its Legendary Story Name

It is located between 41′-35 ‘north latitudes and 23′-27’ / 28 ‘east longitudes. It extends from north to south approximately 660 km; the width is 270 in the north, 150 in the middle and 400 km in the south. Being between the eastern part of Balkan Peninsula and Anatolia, the Aegean Sea is connected to the Marmara Sea and the Black Sea via the Dardanelles Strait and has an area of 214,000 km2.
