Have you ever had those moments where you are just so stressed out, and you feel like nothing will make you feel better?
Well I know how you feel. I felt like that before so I’m going to give you a few tips on how to make yourself feel better even when you feel you are in the worst places imaginable.
What’s got me really stressed out? Basically, I’ve been thinking about leaving my job. I’ve been researching tons of ways to make money without having to go stamp a time clock. I’ve thought about all the typical things like real estate investing or working from home stuffing envelopes, I’ve even considered doing a multilevel marketing business. But doing the evaluation on all of the stuff has been stressful up until this point. I think I know what I’m going to do because I came across a pretty cool website that talks about working from home.But that’s not really the purpose of this blog, I just wanted to let you know how I’ve handled being stressed out. So if you feel stressed out, and are looking for a way to relax keep reading.
For starter if you are at home, it will make this whole thing way easier. When I’m angry or upset I usually go in the bath. To top it off, I make this wonderful made-at-home everyday product to make your skin super soft. This way you come out of the experience feel fresh and rejuvenated.
So you should have a mixture of 1/3 shampoo 1/3 body wash 1/3 milk and 1 teaspoon of honey.
You can use practically any milk but whole milk is always better cause it’s thicker on the skin and it’ll help it stay smooth and shiny all day.
Now you just stir up all those ingredients and pour it into your tub while the water is running, wait until you have the desired amount of water in the tub and get in. Then, just chill. Consider that your body is made up of balloons and simply deflate them one at a time.
That’s just one way to relax from a crazy or terrible day.
If you’re super fancy and you have lush bath bombs or any type of product they put in the tub from that brand, you can just simply put it in your tub and you will have a fantastic bubble bath too.
Another way to relax is just to write down your feelings. It might seem simple but it truly does help.
All you need is either a pen and some paper or you could just type it on your notes in your smart phone. As simple as that, in your spare time just write down your feelings. If you’re feeling like you want to punch a hole in the wall… If you’re feeling like you could give 100 hugs to one person… Any type of feeling you can just write it down and the journal.
No one has to know. It’s only you and that’s just a great feeling.
As you can see, these are just a few ways that demonstrate just how easy it is to relax when you’re either stressed out or you just want to relax in general. Of course it doesn’t end here. You can do more things in order to make yourself feel better.
One thing I do also if I’m really angry, which is a good idea to go and do a sport. A sport will help you because it will release that energy and frustration that’s inside of you. So instead of punching your bed 100 times, go and do a workout. You’ll get stronger and get out the anger in a healthy way for your body to feel better and look better.
